You will work with hand trimming and/or equipment, maintain a clean work area, and track production metrics such as waste and by-products. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior trimming experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently.
• Must have good attitude and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants quickly and efficiently, ensuring quality.
• Trim by hand and/or using trimming, sorting and packaging equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Sit and stand for long periods while focusing on detail-oriented trimming and post-trim upkeep.
• Track unusable waste and usable by-products for each plant/batch.
• Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math.
• Maintain open communication with management and coworkers.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies.
