Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Las Vegas seeks a diligent Cannabis Trimmer to efficiently trim cannabis buds, maintain SOPs, and minimize waste for a compliant finished product. You will handle hand and machine trimming, track waste and by-products, and communicate with the team to hit daily production metrics.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Cannabis experience not required but preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to measure weights and use a scale accurately.
• Attention to detail for precise trimming and packaging.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
• Prior trimming experience is preferred, cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality.
• Trim by hand and/or with trimming equipment; maintain clean work area.
• Track unusable waste and usable by-products for each batch.
• Follow all SOPs and directives; communicate with management and teammates.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and meet daily production metrics.
