Job summary

The Cannabist Company, a leading cannabis cultivator and manufacturer, seeks a Production Technician in Lowell to handle post-harvest processing from drying to packaging and labeling. You will work under SOPs, operate trimming equipment, weigh materials, and maintain cleanliness while aiming for high productivity.

Requirements include 1–3 years in production, strong attention to detail, and flexibility for evening or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in production position.
• General knowledge of weights and measurement.
• Evening/night/weekend work may be required.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the post-harvest plant processing of cannabis.
• Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, and inspection.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Transport harvested plants to drying room and hang to be dried.
• Hand trims or operates a trimming machine.
• Weighs, records, and shreds plants waste and disposes non-cannabis material.
• Follows management instructions and works quickly and efficiently.
