Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production position.
• General knowledge of weights and measurement.
• Evening/night/weekend work may be required.
• Speed and precision with equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain consistency.
• High attention to detail.
• Standing/sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the post-harvest plant processing of cannabis.
• Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, and inspection.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Transport harvested plants to drying room and hang to be dried.
• Hand trims and/or operates a trimming machine.
• Records plant waste and disposal in compliance with policies.
• Receives instructions and assists on tasks as delegated by management.
• Works quickly and efficiently while following HR policies.
