Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities within our cultivation department. You will prepare and process harvests for flower sales and oil extraction with careful attention to detail and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include harvesting, drying, weighing, and recording materials while following SOPs and training guidance in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, able to obtain state badging, and work in a regulated cannabis facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; degree or certifications preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, GMP/compliance and proper record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Harvest plants and sanitize flower rooms for next grow cycle.
• Properly drying wet cannabis plants and weighing post-harvest materials.
• Follow SOPs and training information; maintain accurate records and use PPE as required.
