Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities in our cultivation department. You will prepare and process harvests for flower sales and oil extraction, ensuring careful handling and strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, meticulous, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to follow SOPs, record keeping, and assist with room sanitation and inventory controls as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; degree or certifications preferred.
• Efficient time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others and complete tasks independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process including harvesting plants, sanitizing flower rooms, reloading rooms, and handling materials and cannabis waste.
• Properly drying wet cannabis plants.
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies.
