Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities and process harvests for flowers and oil extraction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and precise in handling cannabis plants while complying with safety and state regulations.

Responsibilities include harvesting, drying, weighing, and maintaining SOPs, with a focus on accuracy and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, able to obtain state badge, and work on-site in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Harvest plants and sanitize flower rooms, reload rooms, and handle materials and cannabis waste.
• Properly drying wet cannabis plants.
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies.
