Job summary

Cristek Interconnects in Anaheim, CA, is hiring a Cable Assembler to join a team focused on assembling customer wire harnesses and cable assemblies. You will work in a manufacturing setting, aligning with delivery schedules and customer requirements.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in wire harness manufacturing, strong crimping/soldering skills, and be comfortable reading drawings and BOMs. ITAR considerations apply; teamwork and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing.
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong crimping, connectorization and soldering skills.
• J-STD certification preferred.
• Must work under a microscope for inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using hand and/or power tools.
• Read and interpret customer drawings, parts lists, wire lists, specs and assembly routers.
• Perform continuity checks on in-process and final assemblies.
• Conduct in-process inspections per quality specifications.
• Test and troubleshoot subassemblies at various test stages.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve assembly documents.
