Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harness and cable assemblies with hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret customer drawings, parts lists, wire lists, BOMs and assembly routers.
• Perform in-process inspections and continuity checks on assemblies.
• Solder, crimp, and assemble components to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve assembly processes and documents.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the Cable Assembly area.
