Proterial Cable America is seeking a Cable Assembly Technician to perform production and assembly tasks at our Ashaway site. You will follow established work instructions, ensure quality, and meet production targets while using hand and power tools.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and safety in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with prior manufacturing or precision assembly experience will fit best, with the ability to read instructions and work efficiently under supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience in automotive, electronics, medical device, or other precision manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow written and/or visual work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail; ability to stand for extended periods and work with tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and wire harness manufacturing according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Crimping, taping, and mechanical assembly tasks as required.
• Inspect, test, and ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Use hand or power tools while complying with safety rules.
• Report unsafe conditions and assist with production targets.
