You'll work in a mentor-supported environment with structured training, translating your mechanical aptitude into precise craftsmanship. Daytime hours, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and quality.

Qualifications

• Read and follow detailed wire harness assembly instructions accurately.
• Use wire layout boards to route, cut, measure, and assemble wires.
• Operate crimp presses, hand crimpers, and wire tools safely.
• Perform functional and continuity tests with test fixtures.
• Maintain safety and PPE in all tasks.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Collaborate with mentors to learn and improve workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions to build products accurately.
• Gather materials and tooling before starting each job.
• Route, cut, measure, and assemble wires using wire layout boards.
• Operate crimp presses, hand crimpers, wire twisters, and strippers.
• Solder wires to switches or connectors per specs.
• Test harnesses and cable assemblies for function and continuity.
• Inspect visually during production and final products.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; follow safety procedures.
