Job summary

Angstadt Arms in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented team member for financial recordkeeping and regulatory compliance. This role involves both accounting and auditing functions, ensuring accurate systems and records within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and be comfortable verifying regulatory records in a regulated inventory setting.

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 to 5:00 and compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (ITAR Requirement).

Responsibilities

• Enter daily transactions in QuickBooks Online and MRPeasy.
• Generate and send AR invoices to customers.
• Conduct daily review of firearm and suppressor acquisition/disposition records.
