Qualifications

  • Must be able to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Ability to detect issues on the line before they occur.

  • Capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble hull and deck components.
  • Follow a sequential process for carpet, transom hardware, bilge, ballast, deck wiring, stereo, and helm assemblies.
  • Adhere to pre-determined roll times on the assembly line.
  • Use hand tools such as tape measures, razor knives, screw guns, drills, and ratchets.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Inspect parts for quality and completeness.
  • Follow OSHA and safety procedures.
  • Follow instructions from Manager/Supervisor/Lead.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
