Job summary

Nautique Boat Company, based in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Assembler Line 2 to join our production team. The role involves installing boat components on an assembly line, using standard tools and methods to meet exact installation standards.

The position supports a 4-day work week (5:30 am–4:00 pm, Monday–Friday) with potential overtime. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to work in a non-climate controlled environment, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with electrical parts or tools.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts.
• Able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
• Able to read orders and identify missing or defective parts.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boat parts using hand tools for hull and deck.
• Follow assembly processes for carpet, transom hardware, bilge, ballast, deck wiring, stereo, and helm components.
• Inspect parts after production for quality.
• Work in teams to meet line times.
• Climb in and out of boats as part of assembly.
