Job summary

Boater’s World Manufacturing Group in Chocowinity, North Carolina, is seeking dependable Boat Assemblers to join our manufacturing operation. You will assemble and install components, hardware, seating, and equipment, using hand and power tools to ensure safety and quality.

Previous boat manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Transferable skills from manufacturing, automotive, RV, carpentry, or other skilled trades are encouraged.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing/assembly processes.
• Ability to follow measurements, instructions, and procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Teamwork, communication, dependability, and follow-through.
• Willingness to learn new processes and production methods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install boat components, hardware, seating, and related equipment.
• Measure, position, drill, fasten, and install components per specifications.
• Safely operate drills, impact drivers, saws, grinders, sanders, and measuring tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, templates, and production specs.
• Coordinate with production areas for efficient workflow; maintain clean, safe area.
• Inspect completed work for fit, alignment, function and appearance.
