Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a skilled operator to set up and run the compounding process, ensuring consistent material feed to extruders and maintaining blend inventory.

The role emphasizes safety and precise weighing of ingredients for production batches. The position is non-exempt, with hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), disability, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up the mixer system to produce compound for production.
• Operate mixer and handle materials to weigh station and silos.
• Weigh ingredients accurately and follow formulation in proper order.
• Check scales and adjust to zero with empty bucket or box.
• Stock raw materials and maintain blend levels in silos.
• Maintain clean work area and assist maintenance as needed.
