Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow written, oral, or diagram instructions to carry out tasks.
• Attention to weigh and batch ingredients in correct sequence.

Responsibilities

• Set up the mixer system to produce compound for production.
• Weigh each material accurately and add to the compounder in the correct order.
• Operate forklift to supply materials to weigh station and blender.
• Identify ingredients visually and ensure proper formulation and batch integrity.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; alert foreman to weighing errors.
