Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up the mixer system to produce compound for production.
• Weigh ingredients accurately according to formulation and order.
• Operate forklift to supply materials and move components.
• Check scales and maintain proper blend inventory daily.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Complete required paperwork and assist maintenance as needed.
