Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to carry out written or diagrammed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use safe working practices and wear protective equipment.
• Set up mixer system to produce compound for production.
• Weigh ingredients accurately and maintain proper batch according to formulation.
• Operate forklift to supply materials and move weighed materials.
• Inspect mixer daily and write work orders for repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with policy.
