Job summary

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Blender at our Milwaukee, WI manufacturing plant. You will blend raw materials with equipment to meet product standards on a 1st shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 6:30 am–3:00 pm). The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and timely production handoffs.

Responsibilities include following formulations, operating equipment, and ensuring quality on each batch. A forklift may be required; training is provided. Email [e-mail] for inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability and good attendance to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Work inside/outside with temperature variations.
• Willing to operate a forklift (training provided).
• Able to work as part of a team and self-directed.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Willing to cross-train to meet production needs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 40 pounds.
• Available 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:00pm with occasional overtime.
• Flexible to come in early or stay late.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulations and processing procedures as required by production demand.
• Operate and clean all manufacturing equipment, tanks, mixers, scales, meters, pumps, and vessels as needed.
• Use quality control guidelines to ensure correct material usage and measurement on each batch.
• Load and offload railcars and tankers as required.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate about quality, safety, and handoffs for a seamless operation.
