AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Production Operator I for the first shift at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI. You will operate and monitor production equipment, support packaging and blending operations, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:00pm with potential overtime. The role emphasizes teamwork,Quality and safety, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift with on‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Assist with packaging line operations and blending processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; adhere to quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork across shifts if needed.
