Job summary

Exyte is seeking a hands-on blasting operator to run sandblasting cabinet and large blast booth equipment. Responsibilities include handling and masking products, lifting heavy items, and performing quality inspections to ensure specifications are met. The role may involve occasional assignment to other departments as needed.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours) and working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Quality control inspections of products entering/exiting the department.
• Product handling and masking/prep duties.
• Operation of sandblasting cabinet and blast booth equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting cabinet and blast booth equipment.
• Daily duties include product handling, lifting, prepping/masking of product.
• Perform quality control inspections on products entering and exiting the department.
• May be assigned to other duties as necessary.
