Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a Blade Finishing Operator to operate blade finishing equipment and perform related tasks, including inspection, transfer, and handling of blades. The role requires standing and moving for long periods and working with various tooling and fixtures.

The position is full-time and project-based with a planned end date in 2028, with potential bonuses for eligible new hires who meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be capable of filling in for all key areas in blade finishing.
• Perform visual and microscopic inspection of blades and monitor machines.
• Operate equipment and ensure safety and production standards.
• Identify all blade types and inspect blades for cleanliness and defects.
• Transfer blades to/from trays and fill trays to designated levels.
• Maintain a steady supply of parts and move materials through processes.
