Edgewell Personal Care in Knoxville, TN, seeks a full-time manufacturing operator to set up, adjust and run pre-grind blade making machinery to produce quality products. The role involves following procedures, performing preventive maintenance and quality checks.

This project-based position ends by December 2027 due to the plant relocation; candidates should have at least six months of manufacturing experience, be mechanically inclined, and able to read gauges and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to correctly read and interpret instruments and gauges.
• Must be able to calculate basic math.
• Hands-on experience in general mechanics.
• Past experience with various hand tools and gauges.
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written.
• Demonstrates quality awareness and attention to details.
• Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Set up, adjust and operate machinery and equipment to obtain product of acceptable quality.
• As required, perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform and record Quality checks.
• As required, relieve operators.
• Perform Other Duties As Required.
