Edgewell Personal Care in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Blade Welder Assembly Operator for a full-time, project-based role through December 2027.

You will set up, repair, operate and maintain a cell of blade welder machines, load blades, check quality and record data. The role requires hands-on experience with high-speed machinery, reading instruments, basic math, strong communication, and problem-solving.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in high-speed machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret instruments and gauges.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, divide, percentages).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to quality and detail.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, adjust, repair, operate, and maintain a cell of Blade Welder Assembly machines at planned rate.
• Load and unload coils and blades.
• Check product quality and record data, adjusting tools as needed.
• Maintain records and keep work area clean.
• Remove scrap and process slugs as required.
• Provide temporary relief for other operator-adjusters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
