Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Alignment Technician to perform brake, alignment, and related mechanical tasks in accordance with company policies. The role emphasizes delivering quality service, maintaining workflow, and supporting store productivity while upholding safety standards.

Requirements include at least one year as a lube/tire/service technician, ability to operate vehicles, and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance per company policies.
• Maintain flow of customer service and ensure productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with quality control.
• Safely operate customer vehicles in shop areas.
• Attend store meetings to review safety and policy updates.
• Assist in organization of adjustments and core credits.
• Support store in achieving service, sales, and productivity goals.
• Prepare information for final invoicing and use outside purchase program.
