Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, a Big O Tires franchise, seeks an Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, alignment, and related mechanical work in a fast-paced shop. You will ensure accurate service flow, diagnose and repair vehicles, and help meet shop quotas while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of automotive technician experience, the ability to learn new concepts, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain orderly flow of service to ensure productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring quality control of shop functions.
• Safely operate customer vehicles with different transmissions and move them as needed.
• Assist in organizing, documenting, and processing adjustments and core credits.
• Support store in achieving service, sales, and productivity goals.
