The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair and is capable of following manufacturer processes, safety guidelines, and quality workmanship. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair.
• Ability to pass respirator fit requirements and safety mask.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Restore assigned vehicles to manufacturer-quality finish using refinishing procedures and repair orders.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve precise OEM standards for application, curing, and material use.
• Follow paint manufacturer processes and guidelines to ensure accurate refinishing.
• Assist in prep work as needed to meet production goals.
• Ensure all paint operations, masking, and reassembly are completed thoroughly before returning vehicles to technicians.
• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties related to vehicle refinishing and repair as assigned
