Job summary

Caliber Collision in Magnolia, TX, is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to prepare vehicles for painting alongside the Auto Painter. Responsibilities include sanding and buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support a smooth workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of paint operations experience in a collision center, are at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license. Prior collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure workflow.
• Sand and buff as needed; maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
