Job summary

Round-Rock-Collision-Center is seeking a Painter Helper to assist in refinishing damaged vehicle parts in compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. You will inspect, prep, and paint surfaces, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while following company policies.

Responsibilities include masking, mixing paints, applying coatings, and inspecting completed work for quality. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to time standards in a busy auto body shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 6 months related experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred for advanced roles.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and mark body areas for dent repair, refinishing, and painting.
• Mask and protect parts not to be painted and prepare surfaces.
• Mix paint and coatings to manufacturer specifications.
• Paint surfaces using sprayer or brush to achieve quality repair.
• Inspect finished work for runs, sags, and incomplete areas; correct as needed.
• Maintain safety equipment and follow hazardous materials rules.
