Job summary

Caliber Collision's Seneca service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and perform full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, to ensure precise, safe results. Work alongside painters, estimators and front office staff in a team-first environment.

Qualifications

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square as needed.
No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
Keep work area clean and safety first.
