Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician to join our Sycamore service center. You will repair vehicles with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, collaborating closely with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair correctly.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to manufacturer specs.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish to standard.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
