Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame repairs, pulling, straightening, and aligning as needed.
• No shortcuts in blueprinting and repairing to factory specs.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and finish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Restore panels and structures to factory specs.
• Ensure fit and finish with high-quality reassembly.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
