Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment while following technical drawings and schematics.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process to minimize delays.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Document assembly processes, production metrics, and quality-related information.
  • Support material handling and inventory management to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve assembly processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment while following technical drawings and schematics

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Preferred:

  • Technical certification or vocational training in assembly or manufacturing
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or quality control processes
  • Familiarity with precision components and mechanical assembly

Physical & Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to equipment and moderate noise
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate material handling equipment
  • May require overtime or occasional weekend work
  • Protective equipment required; adherence to safety protocols is mandatory
