Description

We're seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts used in fabricated systems and assemblies. This role works closely with shop leadership, welders, fitters, and engineering to ensure parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a hands on manufacturing role suited for someone who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a collaborative shop environment.

  • Able to run programs in MDI.

  • Support fabrication and assembly teams by delivering accurate, on time machined parts.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Understanding of machining principles, materials, and tolerances.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based shop environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC programming experience (G code or CAM generated programs).
  • Experience using Esprit CAD-CAM software.
  • Experience machining components for industrial equipment or fabricated assemblies.
  • Familiarity with low to medium volume, high mix production environments.
  • Experience supporting fabrication, welding, or modular system builds.
  • Willingness to support future second shift operations as production scales.
