Job summary

TILT Autonomy, Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking an entry-level hand-on technician to build and test electronics assemblies and mechanical subassemblies.

You will learn soldering, crimping, and testing under the guidance of engineers, while supporting production from incoming shipments to on-going assembly tasks. The role emphasizes careful, methodical work, attention to quality, and a willingness to learn in a small, technically-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have careful, methodical work habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and diagrams.
• Love learning precision assembly and working in a small team.
• Any soldering, crimping, or electronics bench experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and test electronics assemblies including cable harnesses and boards.
• Assemble mechanical subassemblies from engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Learn soldering, crimping, and functional testing under engineers' guidance.
• Receive, organize parts, and help keep the production floor running.
