Qualifications

• Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly per engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly defects and perform rework as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
• Assemble PCB assemblies into product enclosures and install wire harnessing.
• Install fasteners to specified torque values and verify alignment.
• Conduct functional testing of built hardware and capture data.
• Read layout/mechanical drawings and parts lists.
• Troubleshoot defects and perform rework to meet specs.
• Support development of prototype test capabilities.
