Job summary

AALBERTS HYDRONIC FLOW CONTROL, INC. is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble Hydronic Efficiency Products (HEP) per engineering specs while supporting warehouse operations.

You will handle receiving, material handling, inventory organization, and quality-focused processes to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient assembly. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years in manufacturing or related areas, blueprints reading skills, and basic measuring tool

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles pressure vessel products according to drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Assembles products following painting process and prepares units for shipment.
• Assists with quality inspections, pressure testing, and leak testing.
• Receives incoming materials and verifies components meet quality requirements.
• Maintains inventory and ensures ASME components are properly stored.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principles.
