Job summary

Nexus Valve, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to build Hydronic Efficiency Products per engineering specs while supporting warehouse tasks. The role requires reading blueprints, using calipers and tape measures, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years of manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble pressure vessel products according to drawings, specs, and work instructions.
Assemble products following painting process and prepare units for shipment.
Assist with quality inspections, pressure testing, and leak testing.
Receive incoming materials and verify components meet quality requirements.
Organize and maintain inventory and ensure proper identification/storage of ASME components.
Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S principles and safety policies.
