Qualifications

• High School or GED minimum.
• Crane and forklift certifications preferred.
• Able to read drawings/blueprints and manufacturing orders.
• Some experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gasket plate heat exchangers following SOPs and blueprints.
• Operate hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards.
• Report deviations and participate in continuous improvement activities (KAIZEN).
• Cross-train across manufacturing processes as needed.
• Lift materials up to 60 pounds and follow safety procedures.
