Job summary

Burkert is seeking a dedicated manufacturing associate for our Huntersville, NC facility. The role focuses on preparing and finishing assemblies, calibrations, and testing of customized flow control solutions on the production line.

You will interpret SOPs, verify components, and assemble mechanical systems for customer delivery, while following BOMs and quality procedures. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to maintain quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years-experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP knowledge is helpful, but not required.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
• Able to work closely within a team and contribute individually.

Responsibilities

• Prep and complete assemblies, calibrations, and testing of customized flow control solutions.
• Interpret SOPs, verify materials, and assemble components into mechanical systems for shipping.
• Follow BOM, assembly, test instructions and quality procedures for customized systems.
• Read test bench software and understand setups; support QA and production continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain throughput.
