Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on machining in high-volume production
• Advanced knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain)
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, SPC, and in-process inspection knowledge
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and electronic data entry
• Ability to interpret complex work instructions and adjust processes
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting shift production goals
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts

Responsibilities

• Reading production documents to produce the relevant product/part
• Using the EDP tools provided to ensure supplies of parts and to record quality and fault notifications
• Checking product/part according to quality specifications to ensure quality
• Performing maintenance to increase plant availability
• Producing quality parts to achieve and secure sales
• Adhering to deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously optimising processes to boost efficiency
• Performing simple setup tasks to reduce downtimes
