Responsibilities

• Lift 35 pounds repeatedly as required.
• Set up drills and jigs for drilling items.
• Secure drills, drill jigs, and sanding belts.
• Measure and align material using jigs and fixtures.
• Assemble parts of varying weight and size into units.
• Load and unload drill fixtures.
• Inspect completed units and ensure quality.
• Record production on timecards and move tickets.
• Read build sheets and follow special instructions before work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Read blueprints and maintain tolerances.
• Assist new assemblers in learning proper operation.
