Job summary

Hillenbrand Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

This role requires manual dexterity, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work within established procedures to meet production targets. You will use hand and power tools, fit and align components, monitor quality, and keep accurate production

Qualifications

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, jigs and fixtures to assemble parts.
Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate assembly line machinery and equipment.
Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to install, assemble and sub-assemble components.
Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet tolerances and specifications.
Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor product quality, identify defects, and re-manufacture or discard faulty items.
Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and support continuous improvement.
