Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands‑on assembly experience (machine shop experience is a big plus).
• Solid understanding of how to use common hand and power tools.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in doing things right.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and spoken directions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Putting together parts and tools using rivet guns, PEM setters, drills.
• Installing fasteners and hardware with care and accuracy.
• Reading basic blueprints (we’ll help if rusty).
• Solving small problems before they become big ones.
• Working closely with a tight-knit team that’s got your back.
• Staying organized and focused, even when things get busy.
