LSI Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to join our floor team in Peaster, TX. In this role you will perform precision assembly, assist with routine maintenance, and ensure components meet exact specifications.

You will work the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am), handle manual tasks, participate in quality checks, and contribute to a safe, organized workspace with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Precision assembly of units according to exact specifications.
• Perform quality control and identify faulty parts to ensure proper function.
• Maintain inventory tracking of parts and perform regular counts.
