LSI Staffing is seeking detail-oriented individuals for a 2nd shift assembly role in Santo, TX. You will participate in precision assembly of specialized equipment, perform quality checks, and assist with inventory and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Outdoor work and varying temperatures are part of the job.

• Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and great manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle an active environment (bending, pushing, pulling, and sitting for 50%+ of your shift).
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and navigating outdoor terrain when needed.

What You Bring to the Team
