Job summary

LSI Staffing is seeking detail-oriented assemblers to join our on-site floor team in Dennis, TX. You will perform precision assembly, quality control, and safe maintenance of high-tech equipment on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4pm-2:30am).

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience. Must lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures outdoors, and show basic mechanical aptitude with strong manual dexterity. This is a full-time role at $17/hour.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble and maintain specialized equipment.
• Perform precision assembly according to exact specifications.
• Act as final check for quality control and identify faulty parts.
• Master inventory tracking of parts and perform counts.
• Learn preventative maintenance to keep machinery in top condition.
