Chapter 2, Inc. is hiring assemblers to join our growing production team on either 2nd or 3rd shift. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you!

With a focus on high-precision machining and component assembly, you will read blueprints, use hand tools, and follow safety and quality procedures in a climate controlled facility. Excellent attendance is expected from a dependable candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with excellent attendance.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision work.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fasten or install components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools.
• Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Position or align components for assembly manually.
• Read and interpret assembly blueprints or specifications and plan operations.
• Maintain and lubricate components and tooling.
• Assemble systems of gears by aligning and meshing gears in gearboxes.
• Follow safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures.
