Job summary

LSI Staffing in Millsap, Texas is seeking detail-oriented individuals for a second-shift assembly role. You will reliably assemble, repair, and store units to exact specifications on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

You will perform quality checks, manage parts inventory, and learn preventative maintenance while following OSHA safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with reliable evening hours and opportunities to grow within a rock-solid team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and great manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle an active environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various temperatures.

What You Bring to the Team

• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience.
• The "Toolkit": Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and great manual dexterity.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle an active environment (bending, pushing, pulling, and sitting for 50%+ of your shift).
• Outdoor Ready: Comfortable working in various temperatures and navigating outdoor terrain when needed.
